Winemaker Jim Mirowski

Jim brings over 17 years of artisan winemaking experience to his craft.  In addition to coursework in winemaking at UC Davis, Jim has a Bachelor's from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Washington.  Jim has more than 15 years as a business development executive in the information security space.

Mirowski will craft all future vintages of Kohler & Frohling wines from locally sourced, sustainable grapes.  "We will draw inspiration from the wines made by K&F over 100 years ago, while updating and using modern winemaking techniques" says Jim.  "It is an honor to be part of the effort to bring California's pioneer winery back to San Francisco."
